Buddhist Story: The Growth of the Eagle.

One man captured a young eagle and raised it in a chicken coop. The young eagle regarded itself as a chicken. As the eagle gradually grew up and its wings became fully developed, the owner wanted to train it into a hunting falcon. However, due to having been with chickens all the time, it had become exactly like them and could no longer fly.

The owner tried various methods, all to no avail. Finally, he could only bring it to the cliff and throw it out. The eagle, filled with fear, flapped its wings desperately and actually flew up!

Words of Wisdom: Often, people do not recognize the strength within their own lives. It is only through the refinement of great responsibilities, major changes, or great crises that this strength can be awakened. Therefore, my friends! If a significant responsibility is placed on your shoulders, you should welcome it with joy.
