Buddhist Story: Revenge for the Son. Once, a father and son lived near a forest. One day, the son entered the forest and was attacked by a bear. He got several scratches and barely escaped. Seeing his son's injuries, the father asked how it happened. The son said an animal covered in fur had hurt him. The father then took his bow and arrow and went into the forest. By chance, he met a long-haired celestial being. Just as he was about to shoot, others stopped him, saying the celestial being didn't hurt his son and he should look for the bear instead. Words of Wisdom: Anger blinds people and hatred can lead to serious mistakes. Only by staying calm can things be truly resolved.
